Allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Sarah Robinson and I have been teaching for 11 years.  My career started in the public school system and after eight wonderful years, God had called me to Morningside Academy.  Morningside Academy has been an amazing place to work for.  The staff, parents and children have been a blessing to me and my family.

Being a native of New Jersey, I am a HUGE New York Giants fan.  My husband, Daniel Robinson, grew-up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania which makes him a HUGE Philadelphia Eagles fan.  Being married for 15 years, this is the only continuous disagreement we tend to have.  Daniel is working for the City of Port Saint Lucie in the Planning and Zoning Department.  We have three beautiful children.  Amber is going into the 10th grade, Grace is going into the 7th grade and Dylan is going into the 4th grade.  They have been attending Morningside Church and Academy for five years and it has been a blessing. 

Our family has been growing in Christ.  In 2011, I joined the Children's Ministry and now I am the commander of  AWANA (a Wednesday night program for children at our church).  In 2013, our son, Dylan, decided to be publicly baptized at Morningside Church and in 2014, Grace and I did the same.  Being a mother of three, a wife, director of AWANA and a girl scout troop leader, people always ask how I manage to do it all.  My answer is simple; I don't.  It is by the power of God that I am able to live the life He calls me to live.  There are many times, however, I reflect on the following verse: Philippians 4:6-7 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.  And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” 

My family and I are excited about this school year and what God has planned for 2016-2017!
