Welcome to the Morningside Academy Upper School website!  You’ll find that Morningside is a close-knit, academic family.  Our grade 6-12 campus houses a vibrant group of multi-talented students and staff members.  Morningside Academy serves to nurture the spirit, educate the mind, and train the body to shape Christian citizen-servants for the next generation of leadership. 

At Morningside Academy, we seek to build and support a strong spiritual foundation in each of our students.  Our caring staff is dedicated to sharing Christ in their classrooms and through their daily interactions with students.  Students are enrolled in a Bible course each year and have the opportunity to participate in a student-led worship service each week. 

Students are immersed in a challenging curriculum that is designed to prepare them for the rigors awaiting them in college. Students even have the opportunity to take college courses and earn dual enrollment credits right here on our campus during their junior and senior year through a partnership we have with Palm Beach Atlantic University.  Our school is accredited by both the Florida Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (FACCS) and Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.  Our students have consistently scored several points above the state average on both the SAT and ACT and have excelled at both public and private schools throughout the country.

In an effort to train the body and shape servant leaders for the next generation, Morningside Academy offers a variety of opportunities to develop a student’s talents away from the classroom.  Morningside Academy has an award-winning music department that emphasizes development in vocal ensemble and orchestra.  Morningside Academy also offers students an opportunity to choose from a wide variety of successful athletic teams.  Students in grades 5-12 have an opportunity to choose from sports like basketball, volleyball, golf, cross country, flag football, track, cheerleading, and softball.  Students also have the opportunity to join academic organizations like National Junior Honor Society, National Honor Society, and student government to learn important fundamentals in service and leadership.
