Parents and Student Athletes,
Monday is coming and that starts some of our fall sports.
REMINDER: All eligibility forms must be turned in before they are eligible to participate. If these forms are not turned in, your student athlete will be allowed to watch practice and will not be able to participate until the paperwork is completed.

*EL 2 must be filled out by the doctor!
**Action Physical Therapy is offering FREE sports physicals to student athletes this year. You can call Action Physical Therapy for more information at 772.773.7055
If you are unsure of your previous sports physical date feel free to email me back and I can get that for you. All sports physicals are valid for 365 days.
High School Volleyball
Tryouts for High School Varsity and High School JV Volleyball will be on Monday and Tuesday at 5pm to 7pm. If you have any forms to turn in please be there before 5pm as there will be others as well turning in forms at that time. I will be receiving the forms right inside the East Double Doors of the gym starting at 4pm for those that need to do so.
*ALL TRYOUTS AND PRACTICES ARE CLOSED TO SPECTATORS.
Middle School Volleyball:
Middle School Volleyball will have conditioning this week on Aug 3rd 3-5p & Aug 5th 3-5pm. Tryouts will be on Aug 9th and 10th from 3-5pm. The EL2, EL3, and EL3A will need to be given at the time of tryouts if any paperwork is expired for your student athlete. I will be receiving those forms right inside the East Double Doors of the gym starting at 2pm for those that need to do so.

Both volleyball rosters will be announced on each Tuesday Night at 10pm on the schools athletic website.
Cross Country Update:
Practice will begin on the first day of school. I have attached a running log that will serve as your preparation for the season. The EL2, EL3, and EL3A will need to be given at the time of your first practice if any paperwork is expired for your student athlete.
Golf Update:
Golf starts on Monday from 3-5p. Practices will be held at The Saints Golf Course. Student Athletes will need to meet there right outside the Player Shop and the practice putting green. You will need to hand all forms to Coach Crawford at that time. Again EL2, EL3, and EL3A will need to be given at that time if any paperwork is expired for your student athlete.
*Please remember if you are going out for the golf team you must have your own clubs.
